It is a contract signed between the employee and the employer, in which the employee consents to work and the employer agrees to pay a wage for the completion of this work. EOR Turkey and EOR UAE contracts are made for a fixed or indefinite period. These contracts can be created for full-time or part-time, probationary period, or other types in terms of work patterns. Contracts exceeding one year must be in writing.
According to the Labor Law, the maximum working hours on an ordinary working day is 11 hours and 45 hours per week, which must be divided equally into working days. Total overtime hours cannot exceed two hundred and seventy hours per year.
